Once a customer is disconnected, their alarm will not be able to reach the monitoring centre. However, if they choose to continue to use their alarm; when it activates they will be charged by their telephone provider for the attempted calls made to the monitoring centre.

The monitoring centre bears no responsibility or liability for these charges.

It is the responsibility of the Alarm Provider to advise customers of these charges and to arrange disconnection of the alarm system from the phone line if necessary.
